Dear Graduate:

Congratulations Graduate! Graduation Day is Saturday, May 29^th. Our graduation ceremony will be held at Newport High School, 900 East 6^th St. in Newport. The doors will open at 9:45 am and the ceremony will start promptly at 11 am.

I have listed two Graduation Packages that are available, in addition to the separate purchase prices of the items. All purchases need to be cash or money order made payable to Newport Adult Learning Center. You must place your order or let us know you will be attending the ceremony byThursday, May 14^th so we can arrange the seating. (Graduates will be seated separately from family for the ceremony). All package purchases must be prepaid. You must stop in our Newport location to pay and pick up your package. Graduation items will be ready for payment and pick-up fromMay 24^th to May 27^thbetween 9:00 am and 3:00. Evening pick-up is May 24 or May 25 5:00 to 7:30pm.

All graduates are invited to participate. If you choose not to purchase or rent a gown you may wear a nice outfit to walk across the stage to receive your diploma. Again, we must hear from you by May 14^th, or you will not be able to participate in this year’s graduation ceremony.

In addition, a professional photographer will be taking graduation portraits( 5 X 7 color photos) from 9:45 am to 10:45 am prior to the ceremony. The cost is$7 payable May 24^th to May 27^th. The photos will be available for pick up at our Newport Location.

Please have your family members bring a camera to record this special occasion.
