What’s New at Newport Adult Learning Centers

New Classes
Managed Enrollment is the key word in Adult Education classes in Northern Kentucky. After assessment students meet with an academic advisor to help determine what classes would be best. Then the students sign up for the four-week classes that best meet their needs and their schedules.

Get Er Done

A Fast Track or GED Boot Camp is offered four times a year for students that TABE test at a 7.5 or higher in all three areas of the TABE test and want to speed through the process in a two week intensive program.

Session 1: FULL

Session 2: November 30 – December 9

Session 3: March 15 – March 24Session 4: June 21 – June 30

The Fastest Results Ever
Students now register for the Official GED test online. This allows them to receive their scores via the Internet the day after they complete the GED test. Our students have really enjoyed such quick results.

TABE and Official PreGED Testing
The TABE and Official PreGED testing is done by appointment. Below is a list of dates where both daytime and evening testing options are available.

Mission Statement
	The mission of the Newport Adult Education Program is to provide an educational setting for adult learners that will enable them to attain their educational goals thereby empowering them to be more effective citizens in the home, workplace and community.
